The Napier Kindergarten Association is an incorporated society which oversees the management of 16 Kindergartens in Napier, Wairoa and Haumoana, delivering early childhood education to 2 to 5 year olds as well as the Parent as First Teachers (PAFT) program for Napier and Hastings, delivering in home parent education for 0 to 3 year olds.
